| Becaue of the nature of our business (caring for clients cats while they're on vacation or business trips) a good deal of our volume is concentrated, generally during school vacation periods, when families can vacation together. Below is list of dates to be aware of, when we expect to be busier than normal. During the times highlighted in red, we require a 25% non-refundable deposit to ensure serious reservations only & to be able to give clients inquiring about particular suites accurate answers regarding their availiability.
