WHAT DOES CLOSED MEAN? (with the exception of our January vacation)  When 'closed' we are still here tending to our guests. Because we are a small family business, down time is an important component to not only serving our guests, but for ourselves. We are absolutely firm on days/times to prevent chaos & burnout. We do realize that this may sometimes be unpopular with new clients & we thank you for your understanding & for respecting our family time. These rules make our personalized services possible. We are amenable to working with you to arrange pick up with a friend or relative of yours should you be unable to make our hours.
