During Covid we realized that swifter check-ins and check-outs made for happier boarders. Limiting clients taking a look-see & stroll around (who doesn’t want to see all of our furry guests?) This affords our charges more human attention & playroom time. We are always happy to schedule tours for anyone who is interested

- Make a reservation:This form helps us understand your cat's needs and all information will be saved in your digital file for your next stay. Once submitted we will be in touch to confirm your reservation.
- Schedule a Tour: We offer tours for clients on Saturdays between 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM by appointment only. No walk-ins allowed due to safety and security protocols.These procedures are for the safety & security of our boarders. Limiting the hours of ‘lock down’ affords our charges more attention & playroom time with our caregivers.

VACATION: Generally we're closed the 2nd/3rd weeks in January & 1st-ish week in October annually 2026: 1/9/26-1/25/26, 5/15/26-5/24/26 & 10/2/26-10/11/16 (a limited number of reservations will be taken for these periods).
HOLIDAYS: Closed to the public on New Yrs Day, New Yrs Eve after 11am, Good Friday, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Veteran's Day, Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Christmas Eve after 11am through the 26th
* WHAT DOES CLOSED MEAN? (with the exception of our vacations) When 'closed' we are still here tending to our guests. Because we are a small family business, down time is an important component to not only serving our guests, but for ourselves. We are absolutely firm on days/times to prevent chaos & burnout. We do realize that this may sometimes be unpopular with new clients & we thank you for your understanding & for respecting our family time. These rules make our personalized services possible. We are amenable to working with you to arrange pick up with a friend/relative/pet taxi should you be unable to make our hours & can also offer you early morning check-in/out @ 7:30am.
HOURS: Mon-Fri between 9-11am or 3-5pm Sat 9-11am only Closed: Holidays, Saturday afternoons & Sundays to the public
